Velvet

Velvet is the first rabbit in the "Velveteen Rabbit Series," an entire series dedicated to Marie's love of rabbits and inspired by the story, The Velveteen Rabbit. Marie herself starred in one version of the story, in which the Velveteen Rabbit comes to life. Marie created this line with childlike faces and bunny bodies so that they are life-like . . . almost "real."

Marie was thrilled to have Linda Henry design Velvet's original face. This is a special collector's doll that has been handcrafted with the special attention to detail that is the hallmark of all Marie Osmond dolls.

Velvet has been hallmarked with Marie's signature and is hand numbered. Limited edition of 5,000.

The certificate is Debbie Millsap's and has been signed by the sculptor, Linda Henry.
