Marie used the finest bridal fabrics and lace with hand-applied Austrian crystals abundantly placed all over the dress, giving it the shimmer of a real snowflake. On her head rests a beaded crown and she holds a white velvet muff with snowflake applique. Marie's inspiration for this doll came while visiting Disneyland® Resort during the 2000 holiday season and experiencing with awe, the "Snowflakes on Main Street".
