Peace

In 1945, Conrad Pyle christened a stunningly beautiful rose that had been smuggled into America from war-torn France, "Peace", to commemorate the end of World War II.  The rose was formally introduced the day Berlin fell on April 29, 1945, as a shining example of the ability of humans to persevere even in the worst of circumstances and a signal of the beginning of a new era.  Today, that message is just as relevant, so it's with great honor that Marie Osmond introduces "Peace, from her "Coming Up Roses" collection.  "Peace" is a vision of beauty as her dress is patterned after the actual rose, with variegated colors of cream, yellow and pink.  Rich in symbolism of the human spirit that shone so abundantly following the tragedy of September 11, 2001, "Peace" was created as a reminder and hope of just that . . . peace.

"Peace" is truly a collectible doll with original head, arms and legs by sculptor Sonja Bryer.  She has been hand-crafted with the special attention to detail the is the hallmark of all Marie Osmond Dolls.,

"Peace" is hallmarked on the back of her neck with Marie's signature and is hand numbered. Limited edition of 7,500.
