Marie at 3

When Marie Osmond was only 3 years old, she made her television debut on the Andy Williams show when he introduced her as the "Youngest Osmond Brother." It was during this appearance that she also wore her first designer gown, an original by Ret Turner. Marie is pleased to present this very special limited "Edition 10" doll, which replicates the turquoise blue gown she wore, made of silk chiffon, blue marabou feathers and sequins. She wears long white opera gloves and comes with a copy of the original sketch by Ret. Additionally, each doll is hand-painted and crafted by sculptor, Emily Garthright.

"Marie at 3" is truly a collectible doll with original head by sculptor, Emily Garthright. She has been hand-crafted with the special attention to detail that is the hallmark of all Marie Osmond dolls.

"Marie at 3" is personally hand signed on the back of her neck with Marie's signature and is hand numbered. Limited edition of 10. The certificate is signed by Emily Garthright, Ret Turner and Andy Williams.

Interesting facts:

  • Hair was hand cut by Lisa and by Connie – Marie’s personal hairstylist
  • The cape was on the original sketch that is included in the cert – but at the last minute – the Producers of the Andy Williams show decided to take the cape off of Marie – and instead add the necklace – so we put both on her.
  • On the sketch that is included in the cert – you can see pencil sketches over the original sketch by Ret.  These were made by Olive to make the dress look better.
  • Yes – the sketch is an original Ret Turner design sketch.
  • Thanks to Kristin Ryan, who owns the #8 doll, for the photos and information on this wonderful doll.
